With tremendous views of the beach and the pool, it is ideally located on the 5th floor. The condo is remodeled, upgraded, and features 2 queen beds, a dining table for 4, two recliners, a smart TV with HD service, a kitchen area with all you need for meals or snacks, LVP flooring and updated lighting, pots/pans, granite countertops, a gorgeous bathroom with walk in shower, rainshower head and wand, and a floor to ceiling window for gorgeous views of the Gulf + a Bay window that opens (NO PRIVATE BALCONY). We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products like tp, paper towels, and trash bags. (Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.)

Every floor offers a large, communal balcony with comfy chairs to enjoy. And when you're ready to head out each day, we offer *Complimentary Beach Service* - enjoy two chairs and an umbrella every day of your stay (March-October). No lugging your own--we're all about convenience for guests on vacation.

Avoid the crowds in this cozier complex (just 199 condos and 8 stories) that offers easy in and out and quick elevators. In the highly sought-after Thomas Drive area, Top of the Gulf is one of the best-maintained complexes offering all the beachside amenities you want to complement your vacation. The grounds and landscaping are gorgeous, and the pool is stunning. A kids' pool is ideal for little ones, and ample pool chairs are available. Check out the shuffleboard court and cornhole boards for games in the sun or an inside game room that is newly remodeled gets you away from the heat. There is a fitness room with new equipment on property as well.

Our Surf Snack Shack operates in season with a delicious menu of eats and drinks (adult beverages and otherwise) sits between the pool and the beach--easily accessed from either. Or you can grill up your own fare on the provided guest grills.

Coin laundry facilities are located throughout the complex.

Primary renter must be at least 21 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $200 damage deposit hold (not a charge) placed on a credit/debit card that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. A $30 fee is required by the Resort to be paid upon arrival. Guaranteed parking for one car; a second is possible depending on occupancy of the resort, or there is a pay lot 1-2 miles away. The maximum guests allowed in the condo is 4. No pets, ESA, or visitors allowed.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
